On Thursday July 9 Make that July 8th, Art Grant the Rope Man will be coming to the BQYC. He will be
here Noon and be open to all members, guests, visiting boaters, and of course EYC
participants.
The Rope Man is a portable rope store that comes to the customers. Art carries a large
selection of low stretch Dacron in all sizes, as well as many other types of line. Dock
lines are available in 10’-30’ lengths in 10 colours in 3/8”, ½”, 5/8”. He also has a good
selection of thimbles and snap shackles, and will do every imaginable type of splice on
the spot starting at $10.
